Meet Caroline

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dublin Business School, along with a Master of Arts in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and a Higher Diploma in Criminology.

With over a decade of experience as an accredited psychoanalytic psychotherapist in both private and clinical settings, Caroline is dedicated to helping adults who have endured complex trauma. Her expertise lies in guiding clients through challenging emotional terrains by uncovering unconscious processes and understanding relational dynamics.

What sets Caroline apart is her ability to confront not just surface-level issues, but to delve deep into the underlying psychological roots of distress. Her profound insights into how early life experiences shape current behaviours empower her clients to achieve meaningful healing and growth.
